Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Position führst du komplexe Projekte zur Netzwerkinfrastruktur in Rechenzentren, planst Anforderungen, managst Zeitpläne und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um technische Lösungen zu entwickeln und Probleme zu lösen.
Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
- You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
- Support cross-functional partner teams and site-based execution teams through Subject Matter Expert (SME) technical guidance, and serve as a regional liaison for program management team.
- Partner with internal and external teams, help develop and socialize processes and procedures to enable the team to operate efficiently with consistent results.
- Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer's needs.
- Resolve highly critical issues within matrix organization while maintaining rigorous adherence to project timelines and costs.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Bachelor's degree, Master's, or PhD in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, related degree, or equivalent practical experience.
Qualifikationen
- RCDD, PMP, or similar industry certifications.
- OSHA certification.
Erfahrung
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience with facility electrical and mechanical systems relative to network infrastructure.
- Experience with design build processes.
- Experience working in data centers or similar mission critical environments where work involves impact to core functionalities and is governed with formal change control processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule and within budget.

- Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- Austria: €116000 - €118000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
- Finland: €98000 - €100000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
- Ireland: €118000 - €120000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
