Deine Rolle im Team
- In this newly created role as a Business & Data Analytics Project Specialist you will work at the intersection of business, data and technology, helping our organization turn complex business questions into structured, meaningful solutions.
- You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, understand what they need, review existing approaches and help define the right priorities, KPIs and reporting solutions.
- You will have a high level of ownership and visibility, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical experts to shape and manage projects from the initial idea through to implementation.
- The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, structure requests and translate them into clear priorities, KPIs and actionable requirements.
- Analyze existing organizational and reporting structures, identify opportunities for improvement and develop practical solutions together with the business.
- Manage projects from initial concept through implementation, including defining objectives, milestones, governance and measures of success.
- Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders across the organization, bringing together business understanding, analytical thinking and a structured approach to decision-making.

Qualifikationen
- You enjoy working with people and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels, including senior management.
- You combine analytical thinking with a strategic mindset and can turn complex or ambiguous questions into structured approaches and clear priorities.
- You are resourceful and curious, with the willingness to listen, ask questions, learn the business and improve existing ways of working.
- You are comfortable working in an international environment across ABB and communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
Erfahrung
- You have 2-5 years of professional experience in business analytics, project management, consulting, controlling, data-driven business functions or a similar field.
- You have completed studies in related discipline such as Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems; equivalent practical experience is also welcome.
- Experience with Power BI, SAP or other reporting and data tools; potentially experience with platforms such as Snowflake or Salesforce.
