Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle analysierst und optimierst bestehende Plattformen sowie Prozesse und entwirfst zielgerichtete Architekturen und KI-Lösungen, einschließlich der Integration von LLMs und AI-Agenten.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Analysis and development of existing platforms, tools and engineering processes.
- Design of target architectures and technical solutions for platform engineering, software development and operation.
- Identification and evaluation of automation and optimization potential.
- Design and integration of AI/GenAI solutions, in particular based on LLMs, RAG and AI agents.
- Evaluation of new technologies, platforms and tools and implementation of proof of concepts.
- Defining technical standards, best practices, and governance guidelines for platform and AI solutions.
- Advice and support for engineering teams as well as cooperation with specialist areas, manufacturers and architecture committees.
- Preparation of technical decision bases, documentation and recommendations.

Qualifikationen
- Profound knowledge of modern software, platform and integration architectures.
- Good knowledge of generative AI and LLM-based solutions, such as RAG, AI Agents, prompt/context engineering, and AI APIs.
- Understanding security, privacy, and governance requirements for platform and AI solutions.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical teams, departments and stakeholders.
Erfahrung
- Several years of professional experience in solution architecture, software architecture, platform engineering, cloud engineering or DevOps.
- Experience with cloud/container technologies, CI/CD, APIs, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience in evaluating new technologies and creating architecture and solution concepts.

- There is a minimum basic salary of EUR 64,554.00 gross per year under the collective agreement for this position.
