Job Zusammenfassung
In dieser Rolle entwickelst du umsetzbare User Stories und klare Akzeptanzkriterien, analysierst komplexe B2B-Prozesse und koordinierst die Bereitstellung mit verschiedenen Teams zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs.
Deine Rolle im Team
- Drive end-to-end delivery: Translate product priorities and complex business needs into actionable user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
- Understand complex processes: Analyze finance and B2B workflows, identify dependencies across processes, data, systems, roles, and controls, and uncover the underlying business problem.
- Bridge business & technology: Apply strong technical fluency to understand APIs, data flows, interfaces, automation, and system boundaries.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery: Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Technical Leads to ensure smooth handovers, development progress, and release readiness.
- Ensure quality & alignment: Challenge requirements, maintain alignment with product strategy, and ensure deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Manage stakeholders: Communicate clearly and transparently across technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifikationen
- Technical & Product Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of software development, engineering practices, product management, and backlog management.
- Problem-Solving: You have strong analytical skills, challenge assumptions, and can effectively frame problems to identify practical solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration: You communicate confidently in English with technical and non-technical stakeholders and enjoy working in cross-functional teams. German is a plus.
- Technical Fluency: You are comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, integrations, automation, and system dependencies.
Erfahrung
- Process Expertise: You have experience with complex B2B or operational processes, ideally in finance, ERP, payments, billing, accounting, or internal platforms.
- Delivery Experience: You have experience coordinating projects or product deliveries and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Unser Angebot
- The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is € 3.500,-- (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
- 5 hours a week from Monday - Friday.
